Damp Survey

This survey is specifically designed for clients who are either in the process of buying or selling a property and seek a damp survey to facilitate the transaction. It can serve two primary purposes: Firstly, it can complement a home buyer's report, addressing any dampness highlighted therein. Alternatively, it can be independently instructed to comprehensively investigate damp issues, offering a detailed assessment of the property. This comprehensive approach aims to provide peace of mind to both buyers and sellers, ensuring informed decisions prior to purchase.

What to Expect:

Before the Survey:

  • Upon booking, expect reminders the day before your scheduled survey.
  • If cancellation or rescheduling becomes necessary, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Surveys cancelled within this timeframe will be subject to full payment.
